Expressing security considerations, Dhruvesh Mishra, the manager overseeing the 'Aarti pass' section, stated that currently, only 30 individuals are permitted to attend each Aarti. In a conversation with news agency ANI, Mishra clarified, “Aarti is conducted three times a day, and it is exclusively for pass-holders. The pass, obtainable with government-issued ID cards, allows attendance for up to 30 individuals presently. The attendance limit may be adjusted based on the number of devotees. Importantly, this service is provided free of charge.”
