श्रद्धालुओं के लिए कब खुलेगा राम मंदिर ?

अयोध्या में भगवान राम के मंदिर में 22 जनवरी 2024 प्राण प्रतिष्ठा करके मंदिर को श्रद्धालुओं के लिये खोल दिया जाएगा.

• विश्व हिन्दू परिषद (VHP) ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए चंदा या दान का संग्रह आरंभ किया।

• मंदिर का निर्माण कर रहे श्री राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट के महासचिव चंपत राय ने मंगलवार को इसकी जानकारी दी।

• उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्य मंदिर का 40 प्रतिशत और कुल मिलाकर परिसर में 50 फीसदी काम पूरा हो चुका है।

• उन्होंने बताया कि मंदिर का प्रथम तल दिसंबर 2023 तक तैयार हो जाएगा।

• उसके बाद 14 जनवरी 2024 को मकर संक्रांति पर मंदिर में भगवान राम की मूर्ति की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा की जाएगी और मंदिर को श्रद्धालुओं के लिए खोल दिया जाएगा।

• चंपत राय ने मंदिर निर्माण में 1800 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने का अनुमान दिया।

The Ram Temple in Ayodhya is being built at the site considered to be the birthplace of Lord Rama, a major figure in Hinduism according to the Ramayana. The construction of the temple is being overseen by the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra. The groundbreaking ceremony, known as Bhoomi Pujan, was performed on August 5, 2020, by the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, marking the commencement of the temple's construction.

Lord Rama, revered as one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu, is a prominent king worshipped in the Hindu community. According to the popular epic, the Ramayana, Rama's birth took place in Ayodhya, and this location is considered the Ram Janmabhoomi or the birthplace of Rama. In the 15th century, the Mughal emperor ordered the construction of the Babri Masjid at the same site. It is said that the mosque was built by demolishing an existing Hindu temple. This dispute has been ongoing since the 1850s.

The Vishva Hindu Parishad had decided to perform the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the temple on the disputed site even before the orders of the Allahabad High Court. They were collecting funds and bricks inscribed with the name "Shri Ram" from people. Later, Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi granted them permission for the foundation stone-laying ceremony, and then Home Minister Buta Singh provided the necessary approvals. Initially, both the central and state governments agreed on the plan for the foundation stone-laying, but on November 9, 1989, a group laid the foundation stone at the disputed site. In 1992, the Babri Masjid was demolished, further complicating the dispute. Following this event, numerous legal judgments and orders were issued, including the Ayodhya Adhyadesh of 1993. In 2019, the Supreme Court decided to entrust the disputed land to a special trust. On February 5, 2020, it was announced that the Modi government had approved the construction of the temple.

Ram Lalla, considered the main deity of the temple, has been involved in the dispute since 1989. He was represented by Triloki Nath Pandey, a senior leader of the Vishva Hindu Parishad, who was considered a friend of Ram Lalla.

The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust commenced the first phase of the Ram Temple construction in March 2020. However, due to the China-India conflict in 2020 and the impact of COVID-19, it was temporarily halted. During the excavation in the construction area, a Shiva Linga, some pillars, and various sculptures were discovered. On March 25, 2020, the idol of Lord Rama was temporarily moved to a new location in the presence of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In the preparation for construction, the Vishva Hindu Parishad organized a program for the recitation of the Victory Mantra on April 6, 2020, where people chanted the mantra "Shri Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Jai Ram." It was hoped that this would overcome obstacles in the temple construction.

Larsen & Toubro has been contracted for the design and construction of the temple, providing supervision for free. Various national research institutions, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (Bombay, Guwahati, and Madras), are assisting in soil testing, concrete, and design. It is said that ISRO has identified a branch of the Sarayu River flowing beneath the temple. The construction will be completed using 600,000 cubic feet of Bansi Pahadi stones obtained from the Banshi mountain in Rajasthan.

Ayodhya Ram Mandir Opening Date 2024

**After an extensive wait, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has officially pronounced the verdict for the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The judgment allocates the land for the construction of the Ram Mandir, marking a momentous celebration for the people of India and the Hindu community. Notably, this verdict transpired during the tenure of the BJP government, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi giving the green signal for the commencement of the Ram Mandir construction.** **Devotees eagerly anticipate the opportunity to receive blessings at the Ram Mandir. The construction, initiated with a "Bhoomi Poojan" ceremony on August 5, 2020, has progressed significantly. Latest reports suggest that the construction is slated for completion by the onset of January 2024.**

• The Ram Temple in Ayodhya will be opened for devotees on Makar Sankranti in January 2024, with the consecration ceremony scheduled for that date.

• Champat Rai, the Secretary of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust overseeing the temple construction, provided information on the progress. He mentioned that 40% of the main temple and 50% of the overall complex construction have been completed.

• The first floor of the temple is expected to be ready by December 2023. On January 14, 2024, during Makar Sankranti, the consecration ceremony for Lord Ram's idol will take place, and the temple will be open to devotees.

Ayodhya Ram Mandir Inauguration Ceremony – Overview

Rama, an extensively revered Hindu deity symbolizing chivalry and virtue, is considered one of the most worshipped figures. In Indian tradition, although there are three Ramas—Parashurama, Balarama, and Ramachandra—the name is specifically associated with Ramachandra, the seventh incarnation (avatar) of Vishnu. His narrative is briefly recounted in the Mahabharata ("Great Epic of the Bharata Dynasty") and extensively detailed in the Ramayana ("Rama's Journey").

The events depicted in the Ramayana depict Rama as an idealized man, son, husband, and king, embodying the principles of dharma or righteousness. These narratives have been passed down for centuries, serving as a means to impart Hindu values and virtues. While the Ramayana's events unfold in the Indian subcontinent, its influence extends to various parts of Southeast Asia, where local adaptations and variations of the story exist.

According to traditional dating, the era of Lord Ram's birth is estimated to be around 4300 BCE. Presently, thousands of temples dedicated to the worship of Lord Ram can be found in India, Nepal, and across the Hindu diaspora.

References to Rama as an incarnation of Vishnu date back to the early centuries CE. However, there likely wasn't distinct worship dedicated to him before the 11th century. It wasn't until the 14th and 15th centuries that distinct sects emerged, venerating him as the supreme god, notably among the followers of the Brahman Ramananda. Rama's popularity surged with the retelling of Sanskrit epics in vernacular languages, such as Tulsidas's renowned Hindi version, the Ramcharitmanas ("Sacred Lake of the Acts of Rama"), and Kampan's Tamil Ramayana, along with numerous oral adaptations and dance dramas.

Lord Ram (or Rama) is recognized as the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu and is considered a historical king. The Rajasthani and Pahari schools of painting in the 17th and 18th centuries depicted Rama's exploits with great sympathy.
